Co-ownership. The best way to invest in a vacation home, with all the privileges of being an actual owner, and without having to make the entire investment.

That’s right, if you buy only a fraction of the property, you can be a legitimate owner of a luxury residence, with the privilege of having vacation weeks to escape, rest and have fun in different times of the year throughout your life.



How does it work? 

Each unit is divided into 10 fractions, equivalent to 4 weeks per fraction. And each residence can have 1, 2 or up to 10 owners per unit. These 4 weeks are distributed in the calendar so that every owner is guaranteed 1 week during premium season, like Christmas, New Year’s Eve or other holidays. And 3 weeks during the rest of the year for escape vacations that are perfect for you. 

A concierge, under an established escrow, will manage the weeks so that you and the other co-owners always have a vacational offer that is fair and accordant to Caivamá’s use of residence and amenities agreement. 
We’ll make sure that your residence is in adequate conditions when you arrive, as well as all the amenities that Caivamá has to offer, so that you can just sit back and enjoy you stay.
